Dr. Steven Prince is a board-certified orthodontist with more than a decade of experience helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. His background spans dentistry, public health, and advanced orthodontic training, giving him a well-rounded perspective on patient care.
Known for his attention to detail and commitment to staying current with the latest techniques, Dr. Prince is dedicated to providing exceptional results for every patient.
Dr. Prince grew up in Arizona, attended BYU for his undergraduate studies, and discovered his love for the Utah mountains and snowboarding before returning to Arizona for dental school.
Dr. Prince earned both his D.M.D. and Master of Public Health from A.T. Still University, where he also completed his orthodontic residency and a Doctorate in Health Education. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society and later achieved board certification—an accomplishment held by only 40% of orthodontists nationwide.
After eight years of practice in Arizona, Dr. Prince returned to Utah to continue the legacy of American Fork Orthodontics, now Prince Orthodontics. Having spent six years in fast-paced corporate dental “mills,” he was inspired to create a more personalized, patient-centered practice and loves helping patients build confidence through their smiles.
Dr. Prince and his wife, Anne, live in Highland with their three children—Kelsey, Brinley, and Garrett. As a family, they enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, and exploring the outdoors together.
